Competing on Value, Not on Price
At our homestay, the true worth lies not in how little you pay, but in how much you gain. We focus on authentic experiences, healthy living, and meaningful connections—values that no price tag can measure.

As a traveler, I understand how easy it is to compare places based only on price. I used to do the same—choosing the cheapest bunk beds in Thailand, Cambodia, or Laos, just to save money. But cheap often came with hidden costs: restless nights, unhealthy food, and a feeling that something was missing.
When I returned home, I dreamed of creating something different. This homestay is not simply a room—it’s a hub where everything you need comes together: accommodation, eating, playing, learning, working, and connecting.
Here, value is in the details:
Accommodation: Cozy, private rooms surrounded by a green organic garden.
Eating: Three home-cooked meals each day, prepared with brown sugar instead of chemicals, pure peanut oil instead of supermarket blends, and specialty coffee instead of artificially flavored beans.
Playing: Walks to secret waterfalls, visits to local farms, hidden coffee shops, sports, singing, or creative activities tailored to your interests.
Learning: Mini-masterclasses on language, history, culture, cuisine, and traditional medicine—shared by local experts.
Working: A calm space to focus, reflect, or collaborate with others in a supportive environment.
Connecting: Build friendships and future partnerships with people from around the world, through co-living and co-working experiences.
So yes, our daily rate is 19 USD. But when you add up the food, the clean ingredients, the community, the comfort, and the learning—you’ll see it’s not just about price.
We don’t compete on price. We compete on value—on creating a place where every moment counts, and where what you gain lasts far longer than your stay. 🌿
