GET TO KNOW ME

Connecting urban and rural, local and global—through language, culture, and sustainable growth.

I am Tran Thi Bich Thao, a graduate in English–Chinese Bilingual Studies from Nha Trang University (2016). With years of experience as an interpreter and customer service specialist in multinational corporations, I gained deep insights into the connection between local enterprises and global corporations, as well as the imbalance between urban and rural development.

In 2023, I returned to my hometown Dak Lak to build a long-term career that empowers local youth with skills, better incomes, and opportunities to thrive at home. This vision led to my founding of Oriental English (OE)—a multi-industry, multi-language coordination hub. OE provides integrated language and thinking solutions based on the trio Ý – TRI – TRÍ (Idea – Thinking – Intellect), combined with the practices of Listening – Speaking – Reading – Writing and Travel – Training – Library – Exhibition.

Through OE, I aim to connect local values with global networks, making sustainable business and cultural exchange possible anywhere—whether in the countryside or the city. On my family’s land, I also created a green learning and living space that blends travel, education, sustainable agriculture, and indigenous culture into a small community where people can live, learn, and grow together.

Our Journey – From Imperfection to Shared Happiness

  1. Starting from imperfection: We begin with imperfection, but that very state drives us to learn, collaborate, and grow closer to perfection every day.

  2. Building a shared system: Our group co-owns and operates a decentralized digital asset system. Every voice is heard, and every solution is shaped through consensus and real-world needs. The system removes political and religious influences, focusing only on the core value: serving people.

  3. Toward a happy community: Our culture is founded on transparency, cooperation, and respect. The ultimate goal is a community where many families live happily together in a sustainable green ecosystem – a place for connection, sharing, and collective growth.

Our Journey & Capabilities

We were born in different rural regions, grew up in urban environments, and worked for major corporations. Later, we made the shift back to Đắk Lắk – the heart of the Central Highlands – to begin a new chapter. Through both personal experiences and practical insights, we recognize today’s socio-economic context and the urgent need for governance systems and information technology to support policy implementation from the central to the local level. Our strength lies not only in professional expertise but also in deep local knowledge across four decisive aspects: land & climate, customs & traditions, labor culture, and education within the context of globalization. Based on this, we designed a “blending mechanism” that activates capital flows effectively from three key sources: Brown money (mobilized from local people) to upgrade infrastructure and support basic investments; Red money (government incentive policies) to strengthen internal capacity; and Green money (FDI capital) to capture future opportunities. In practice, we have successfully implemented the “Listening – Speaking – Reading – Writing Framework”, which supports language learning and guides thinking through the trio Ý – Tri – Trí (Idea – Thinking – Intellect) within a “travel – training – institute – exhibition” environment, where learning, research, and cultural appreciation come together.
