Our Journey – From Imperfection to a Shared Happiness
We did not begin this journey from perfection, but from our very first, imperfect steps. Yet it was precisely those imperfections that drove us to learn, to collaborate, and to improve ourselves every single day. Coming from different hometowns, growing up in urban environments, and having worked in major corporations, we eventually “moved back” to Đắk Lắk – the heart of the Central Highlands – to begin a new chapter. Here, we found family, roots, and a shared aspiration to create a happy and sustainable community.

Coming from different hometowns, growing up in urban environments, and having worked in major corporations, we eventually “moved back” to Đắk Lắk – the heart of the Central Highlands – to begin a new chapter. Here, we found family, roots, and a shared aspiration to create a happy and sustainable community.
Building a Shared System – The Root of Cooperation
Our strength lies not only in professional expertise but also in deep local understanding: land and climate, customs and traditions, work culture, and education in a globalized context. Based on this, we designed a “blending mechanism” that activates three financial flows:
Brown Capital (community funds): upgrading infrastructure and basic investments.
Red Capital (government policies): strengthening internal capacity.
Green Capital (foreign investment): seizing future growth opportunities.
This system is decentralized, transparent, and free from political or religious influence, focusing only on one core value: serving people.
Capacity Building – Opening New Doors
We developed a Negotiation Capacity Package, built around the four multilingual skills of Listening – Speaking – Reading – Writing. Beyond books, these skills are cultivated through four main activities: Tourism – Training – Library – Exhibition/Experience.
In this way, languages and practical skills are no longer something distant, found only abroad. They are already here: in the fields, in the villages, and in the landmarks we proudly introduce to friends worldwide. Learners can apply their skills immediately in real-life contexts, becoming cultural ambassadors of their own homeland.
Infrastructure Packages – Foundations for Growth
At the same time, we introduced the Infrastructure Upgrade Package, applying the “Six-in-One” Agro-innovation Model to meet six essential needs: eating – living – learning – working – connecting – playing.
Through real-world study tours, workshops, trade promotion, cultural and culinary trainings, and specialized language programs, participants not only gain inspiration but also access reliable data and proven models. These insights help them compare, adapt, and upgrade their own communities.
Education and Community – Our Final Destination
International-standard Vietnamese labor education is the most valuable asset we cultivate. We created a classification framework across three life stages – Beginning – Growing – Maturing – to help families in sparsely populated areas visualize their development path. Once they can see their ultimate destination, they can reflect on their present and take concrete steps forward.
We call this framework the Logic – Numbers – Symbols Model: logic you can hear, symbols you can see, and numbers you can measure. It is not just 2D images on a screen but a 3D–4D real-life experience, recreated authentically by those who live it.
Toward a Happy Community
Our culture is rooted in transparency, cooperation, and civility. Ultimately, our vision is to build a green, sustainable community where families live in harmony—connected, sharing, and growing together in happiness.
