Human development unfolds through four stages of needs. At the Basic stage (Sơ), we seek essentials: shelter and food. Once we have “enough to eat and wear,” we move to the Advancing stage (Thành): desiring clean food, better clothing, and broader experiences. Next comes the Growing stage (Trưởng): the pursuit of respect, love, sharing, and contributing to society. Finally, at the Fulfillment stage (Thục), life reaches abundance – with not only homes, land, and wealth but also one’s own work, products, meaningful relationships, and sustainable prosperity.

From the stage of Fulfillment, we reflect on the present: what we already have, what is missing, and what can be improved for the future. This mirrors the approach of Timeline Therapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).

Guided by this vision, we prioritize the Vietnamese Labor Education Program meeting International Standards as a cornerstone to help the young generation climb each step toward holistic growth.
